The crew was there exactly when they said they would be there, and cleared out all of the old equipment, and cleaned up the work space. Since having the unit installed, there have been a few minor glitches. They are highly responsive to my phone calls, and generally had someone out to repair the issue within a matter of a couple of hours. I HIGHLY recommend this company for your heating and hot water needs.
